Booking & Cancellation. A non-returnable deposit of one third is due on booking and the balance is due 28 days before arrival. A booking is binding and makes you liable for the full value of the rental period booked, If you subsequently cancel we will try to re-let the period booked and if we can let the full period any losses due to cancellation will be reduced to the deposit only. (Pro-rata where we can only let part of the period). It is therefore strongly recommend you take travel and/or cancellation insurance. Arrival & Departure. Your cottage will be ready for your arrival at 3.00pm on the commencement of your rental period. Please vacate your cottage by 10.00am on the last day. In order to maintain our high standards it is important we have sufficient time to prepare the cottage for the next residents. We therefore ask you adhere to these times.
