Accommodation:
Ground Floor: Entrance lobby from front door. Comfortable sitting room with a colour TV and open fire. Well equipped kitchen incorporating dining area and with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster. Rear lobby. Bathroom with bath and shower.
Upstairs: Two bedrooms, both with stunning views over the marshes. One with double bed and wash basin and the other with twin beds.
Prices: Dates are for the week commencing and prices are per week on a Saturday to Saturday basis, arriving at 3pm and departing at 10.00am Bed Linen, Duvets and Pillows are included in the rental. (Not Towels), along with Electricity and Heating. (With the exception of coal for open fires, which is available locally) An additional charge is made of £15.00 per week for each dog (maximum 2).
