Imagine waking up to stunning views over Blakeney marshes and you could be in Greencroft, because both bedrooms have unimpeded views over Blakeney Point. On the outskirts of the picturesque village of Blakeney you can walk straight out of the garden and onto the Coastal path, if your feeling adventurous turn left to explore the salt marshes towards Morston and Wells or if not turn right for a shortcut to take a gentle stroll on Blakeney quay.

One of the best known of the costal villages of North Norfolk, Blakeney has everything you could need. A couple of nice pubs, restauraunts and a smattering of interesting little shops.

Downstairs: Entrance lobby from front door. Comfortable sitting room with a colour TV and open fire. Well equipped kitchen incorporating dining area and with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster. Rear lobby. Bathroom with bath and shower.

Upstairs: Two bedrooms, both with stunning views over the marshes. One with double bed and wash basin and the other with twin beds.
