Ground Floor: Enclosed courtyard with table and chairs leading into lobby and kitchen equipped with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and toaster. Comfortable sitting room with sofas, open fire and colour TV incorporating a dining area with table and chairs. Downstairs loo and cloakroom.
Upstairs: Stairs leading to landing with two bedrooms, one single and one double. Bathroom with bath and shower (over bath) and WC.
Prices: Dates are for the week commencing and prices are per week on a Saturday to Saturday basis, arriving at 3pm and departing at 10.00am Bed Linen, Duvets and Pillows are included in the rental. (Not Towels), along with Electricity and Heating. (With the exception of coal for open fires, which is available locally) An additional charge is made of £15.00 per week for each dog (maximum 2).
