A sweet little 19th Century 2 bedroom flint cottage backing onto Langham village green. The cottage is well equiped with patio area in a private courtyard for 'al-fresco' dining and with private parking. Langham itself is a quiet village less than a couple of miles from the coast with a village pub and is known locally for Langham glass. (hand-made) It's a great place to set out for exploring the beaches at Wells, seal trips to Blakeney point, saltmarshes and bird life around Morston and Salthouse or the superb range of shops in Holt.

Downstairs: Enclosed courtyard with table and chairs leading into lobby and kitchen equipped with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and toaster and with dining area. Sitting room with open fire and colour TV

Upstairs: Stairs leading to landing with two bedrooms, double and a single. Bathroom with bath and shower and WC.
